In Denmark, parental alienation is illegal under “Paragraf 243. mental violence from a near relation”. In December 2020, we wrote to Astrid Krag, the Minister of Social Affairs and the Interior of Danish, asking these questions:

- What are the legal remedies for parents who are victims of parental alienation?
- What are the reunification solutions for children who were alienated from one of their parents due to the malicious influence of the other parent?
