Gaining sole custody by proving parental alienation in court:
Three months ago, Pennsylvania Superior Court published its decision in an appeal case, affirming the lower court decision to grant sole custody of a child to the mother due to parental alienation caused by the father. The custody evaluation for this case was done by Dr. Steven P. Lindenberg.
This was a live interview with Dr. Steven P. Lindenberg, where our host Dr. Petra Deeter asked Dr. Lindenberg about the process of court-ordered custody evaluation and how alienated parents could best help present their cases. We also asked him for his insight into reunification therapy.
