It is very important that we take care of ourselves to be in peace and not pieces, to nurture ourselves especially during the holidays where our emotions are high. This class will be a powerful yoga session for targeted parents who are feeling lonely, anxious, or afraid. In our yoga session, you will be guided to move and flow through gentle yoga Asanas, stretches, integrating powerful positive affirmations, visualization techniques, and meditation/mindfulness so we can operate at the highest level of loveย ๐Ÿ’œ
